Welcome to CFB Track
This site is designed to make college football stats, data, and history more visual, interactive, and useful—whether you’re comparing teams, analyzing trends, or just going down a late-night rabbit hole.

On this page
If you’re a college football fan, you’ve probably spent time digging through stats.
Team records. Season leaders. Historical rankings. It’s all out there—but most of it lives in static tables that haven’t changed much in years.
CFB Track was built to change that.
This site is designed to make college football stats, data, and history more visual, interactive, and useful—whether you’re comparing teams, analyzing trends, or just going down a late-night rabbit hole.
Why CFB Track Exists#
Most college football stats sites were built for a different era of the web.
They’re great at storing data—but not always great at helping you explore it.
You can usually find:
- Team records
- Player stats
- Season leaders
But what’s missing is:
- Context
- Visualization
- Insight
CFB Track focuses on turning raw college football data into something you can actually understand and interact with.
From Idea to Launch#
This idea has been in the back of my mind for nearly a decade.
I finally started building CFB Track in July 2025, expecting to launch before the season started. That didn’t happen.
Instead, the project kept growing:
- More features
- More data
- More ways to visualize everything
After about 9 months of development, I decided it was time to launch and start getting feedback.
This is just the beginning.
Core Goals of the Site#
CFB Track is built around a few key ideas:
- A modern college football stats website that is fast, clean, and easy to use
- Interactive charts and visualizations that go beyond traditional tables
- Tools that help fans discover new insights across teams, players, and eras
What Makes CFB Track Different#
Interactive College Football Visualizations#
Most stats sites stop at tables.
CFB Track goes further by adding charts and visual tools to nearly every major page. These help you quickly understand trends, compare teams, and spot interesting patterns in the data.
Unique College Football Data Pages#
CFB Track includes pages you won’t typically find on other college football websites:
- High School Pipelines – Track recruiting sources and NFL draft output
- Stadium & Venue Data – Explore game history and performance by location
- Coach Career Histories – View timelines, records, and rankings across eras
Tools Built for College Football Fans#
Beyond stats, CFB Track includes interactive tools designed for fans:
- TV Schedule Dashboard – A game-day view that works like a TV guide
- College Football Meme Generator – Create memes using real stats and team branding
- Stat Infographic Builder – Generate shareable visuals for social media
- CFB Guessing Game (CFB Guessr) – Test your knowledge of players and teams
What CFB Track Is Not#
CFB Track is focused on stats—not news.
If you’re looking for:
- Breaking news
- Game recaps
- Recruiting updates
There are already great sites for that, like ESPN, The Athletic, On3, and 247Sports.
Instead, this site focuses on:
- Data
- Visualization
- Exploration
What’s Coming Next#
This is just the initial release. Planned improvements include:
- More advanced college football charts and visualizations
- Expanded datasets (including TV ratings and historical trends)
- Map-based visualizations and geographic analysis
- Additional tools and interactive features
- Full-screen game day dashboards for TVs and second screens
Follow the Journey#
CFB Track will continue to grow with new features, data, and tools.
If you’re interested in:
- College football stats
